Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is proud to provide outstanding progressive short-term rehabilitation and compassionate long-term care. Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nurse’s Aides are scheduled 24 hours a day, providing superior skilled nursing care around the clock for all of our patients.
Our talented and outstanding skilled nursing staff coordinates the individualized care plans for each patient and focuses on enabling individuals to acquire or relearn skills they need to return home as quickly and independently as possible. At Shore View, we are committed to promoting wellness and optimum quality of life for all patients under our care, in both our short-term rehabilitation and long-term care programs.
